IMPORTANT: This is a pre-contract announcement and recruitment solicitation. If an award is made to KeyPoint, under the contract work to be performed will typically involve assessing, monitoring, advising, and mentoring the host-country law enforcement and criminal justice organizations such as the police, court personnel, corrections personnel, etc., in order to enhance their capabilities to effectively maintain law and order and adhere to democratic policing principles.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Applicants must have prior experience as a state, local or federal police officer; sheriff’s deputy, state trooper or highway patrol officer; or correction or detention officer employed by a police department, sheriff’s department, state police or highway patrol, federal law enforcement agency, or a state, local or federal corrections facility or jail
- Applicants must be an actively serving officer, OR must be recently retired/separated from active employment
-High proficiency in English is required
-Applicants will be required to submit to a background investigation. Some positions may require a SECRET security clearance issued by the US Government
-Some positions may require carrying a firearm in the course of duty; therefore, successful applicants for those positions must have a background history which allows him/her the ability to carry a firearm
-Prior experience working abroad and/or foreign language proficiency a plus
